Classes

Sign up for our classes using the MINDBODY app (free to download), or find us on CLASSPASS. These apps provide access to view the class schedules and to purchase a class. Just search for “Lion’s Den Fitness” in the app.

Class space is limited to 15 clients to allow your coach to provide personalized attention and instruction.

Full Body HIIT (45min)

Tues and Thurs at 6pm

Our Full Body HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) classes are specifically designed to target upper and lower body, with some core/cardio thrown in for good measure. Strength training is mixed with body weight exercises to give our clients variety while targeting specific muscle groups such as shoulders, chest, arms, back, legs, and core. Classes are designed to be modifiable and scalable to fit all fitness levels.

Upper Body HIIT (45min)

Mon and Fri at 6pm

Our Upper Body HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) classes put the focus on upper body muscle groups including shoulders, back, chest, and arms. Some core may also be included to help round out the program. Classes are designed to be modifiable and scalable to fit all fitness levels.

 

Butt, Legs, Core HIIT (45min) Wednesday at 6pm

Our Butt, Legs, Core HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) classes put the focus on Glutes, Hamstrings, Quads, & Calves. Some core may also be included to help round out the program. Classes are designed to be modifiable and scalable to fit all fitness levels.
